Tarnish Free: 

Our stainless steel based jewelry is guaranteed to be 'tarnish resistant!' This means that the jewelry can get wet, without damaging the product. However, we advise you to avoid contact with chemicals such as Perfumes, Hair Products and Makeup. These products can sometimes damage the layer of gold plating and will cause tarnishing or discolouration. 
 
For all other based jewelry please remove before swimming and showering.



Jewelry allergies:

Each person's oils make metal react differently, if discolouration occurs it may be due to skin-metal oil reaction. In this case, it is not our responsibility to refund or exchange your item. 


Some people can have a sensitivity to some plating, most commonly nickel-plating which is used to colour gold and sometimes used in the electroplating process. If you are aware of a jewelry allergy we advise you to choose a hypoallergenic material, and please be aware that it is not our responsibility to refund or exchange your item knowing you have pre-existing allergies or sensitivities.
